Grease Tank Spill
You may ask what some circumstances that would call for Emergency Clean Up. We’ve responded to a variety of events. Our most common calls come from grease tanks spills that are in need of containment and cleaning. A lot of times either a tank had an adjustment of pressure within their compartment causing air to “burp” and grease to gurgle out of the tank, or during the movement/ the relocation of the tank some material has spilled. These tanks are located at restaurants so it is always imperative that the spills is taken care of as soon as possible to keep the grease from spreading and contaminating the surrounding area.
Oil Leak
Another frequent cause we come across for an environmental spill is due to an oil leak. From time to time a hydraulic line on a commercial truck can have a malfunction such as a leak that causes the oil to pool when they are parked. Or we’ve responded to calls where regular motor oil has managed to leave a decent stain from regular vehicles at work sites or business locations.
Water Main Break
If you’ve ever see the aftermath of a water main break you know that it can be messy. Our teams has been able to successfully maintain mess made by a break as well as clean the area of its wake. Water main breaks can be stressful situations due to their nature. Our crew’s goal is to help take some stress from you by taking care of the clan up in an efficient and thorough manor so you have one less thing to check off of your list.
Residential Cleanup
There have been many times where residents have called us up because they’ve noticed an unsightly oil stain on their driveway that they are looking to have remediation. Our crews are pros at making your problems disappear. The results of the oil clean up are typically dependent on how much oil was released and how long the stain set, however have been able to make a notable difference in the appearance of the stain every time. Typically our process begins with a pre-treatment where we apply a cleaning concoction aimed at breaking down the oil that has set. We let that set for a day or two depending on the severity of the stain and then we’ll come back to pressure wash the stain and cleaner away. The end results are a lightened and some cases completely removed stain. Presto!

It’s with great pleasure and anticipation that we announce the upcoming re-branding of Showcase Enterprise Inc. Going forward you will notice our new and improved logo as well as use of our new nickname, SEI Clean.
Our team has been hard at work trying to refresh our image with this re-brand. Our goal was to give Showcase Enterprise Inc. a little bit of a face lift and after 28 years in the pressure cleaning business we figured it was about time for a change. We’re still the same dedicated and detail- oriented company just with a more updated appearance. We look forward to continuing our relationship with you using our new look, and our hope is that the next 28+ years are as wonderful as the last with our new SEI Clean image.

Texas Roadhouse Roof Cleaning
WHAM! That’s how the finished product hits you after a thorough and professional pressure cleaning has been conducted. Now, some pressure cleanings achieve more of a wow factor than others depending on the material you’re working with and the state of it before cleaning. The pressure washing our dedicated crew recently accomplished on a Texas Roadhouse roof definitely represents how big of an impact a proper cleaning can leave on your business’ surfaces.
Building Relationships
With any of our business relationships we’re always looking for ways to better serve you. Showcase has been fortunate enough to have a relationship with some of the Texas Roadhouse stores in our area over the last couple of years. Therefore we were very excited to help when we heard a couple of stores mention a possible need for their metal roofs to be cleaned. So, the issue with these roofs was that they had a discolored appearance.
Cause of Discoloration
One of the common stresses of running a kitchen is keeping up with the grease and other residues released during the cooking process. Not only is it important to keep up with these substances for appearance sake but also for safety. In the case of the roof we cleaned, it had become a bit dirty over time from attracting grease and environmental residues.
Roof Plan of Action
With the help of a lift our crew was able to clean the painted galvanized metal roof achieving a like new appearance and removing the former discoloration. In order to get this spotless appearance our guys first applied a mild detergent to the roof and allowed it to sit a few minutes to give the active agents a chance to work their magic. Then they vigorously scrubbed the surface to loosen and remove contaminants being as careful as possible to not damage any of the surface area. The roof was then rinsed. The final product resulted in an sparkling clean metal roof.

Reason being, you can’t prevent the many things that can affect the surface just by cleaning.
The Benefits of Concrete Sealing
If you’re interested in not only cleaning your concrete surfaces but also KEEPING them clean, then you should consider having these areas sealed. By using a sealant you are having a chemical applied that will help fill the porous surface that concrete has, thus preventing any material from getting in the nooks and crannies. As residents of the Indianapolis area we take for granted having the world’s largest children’s museum in our backyard. It is one of the many gems our city has to offer. The Children’s Museum of Indianapolis gives fellow Hoosiers a sense of pride in having such a wonderful place to take our children that’s right in our backyard.
Not only does the team at Showcase Enterprise take pride in having a first class museum around the corner, but we also take pride in taking care of and maintaining the exterior of the Children’s Museum. Our business has had the pleasure of working with the museum over the years on various projects targeted to keep the facility looking its best for our community.
Children’s Museum Projects
Some of the projects include:
- Regular maintenance of the parking garage stairwells.
- Pressure cleaning the Dinosaur Dome.
- Cleaning and sealing the Outside Event Tent area to prevent future build ups on its surface.
- Cleanup of the 30th Bridge.
- Thorough pressure cleaning of the entire parking garage.
Recent Projects
Most recently this summer, we have kept busy cleaning the Outside Event Tent, Dinosaur Dome, and Parking Garage. Each job is focused on removing “visual pollutants” such as mold, algae, dirt, debris, sand, and so on from the Museum’s exterior surfaces in order to set visitor’s up for a great experience. With a clean facility the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis can take pride in not only what is inside their building but what’s on the outside as well.
